This Weekend...

I discovered I suck at Ten Pin Bowling. The many cocktails and vodka drinks probably had something to do with it.

Michael May and his boyfriend hired out the venue. I went with Richard and we drank too much, but it was a laugh. We caught up with some old faces from the original Room2@heaven days such as Ben, Graham and Chris.

Richard has quite a competitive streak, which was news to me. He's also trying to grow a 'tache, which no one is impressed by (possibly a side affect of having turned 30 last week.)

I also lost at fooz ball and pool, but I was hammered by that time.

Christmas!

I've also put my Christmas tree up, which rocks. I love it. I cleaned my room very thoroughly for it to be worthy of the tree. I hoovered and dusted and found things I though were lost forever.

And the best thing: Chico is out of X-Factor. The smelly cunt. You Can Do It Brenda!

Edward Scissorhands

I should mention that for Richard's birthday last Tuesday a couple of us went to see Matthew Bourne's Edward Scissorhands at Sadler's Well.

It was absolutely magical and touching. They didn't quite develop the story enough, but it kept the fairytale element and the heartbreak at the end. The set was stunning and the show had good humour as well. Stunning, really.
