Firstly, I am ok, and most of us have been accounted for.

The double-decker destroyed by a blast this morning. From the BBC
The tube and buses have been bombed this morning. We're all freaked out. We're stuck in Soho, Central London where the police are advising people to stay away from.
I think I'm going to have to walk home later, and it should take well over an hour. And it's horribly overcast. Grrr. At least I am wearing comfortable shoes today.
I think TfL (Transport for London)knew something ahead of time. I was half an hour late for work because the Piccadilly line had been suspended at 8am. According to the press the first explosion was at 8:49. The Northern Line was also suspended, and some other lines seemed to be having problems.
Here's the latest BBC report.
We're not getting any work in, obviously, and some people simply couldn't make it in. The switchboard went absolutely mental, and most of the calls are people checking up on their loved ones. I don't think we'll be making any money today.
The mobile network is working sporatically, too many calls being made. There was a storm of emails coming through. The radio turned up loud and people listening in and theories and rumours flew about the room.
We're being made to keep our blinds down in case there's an explosion (so glass doesn't go flying everywhere. It's very surreal.
Now we sit and wait. Who did this? Will it happen again soon? When will it end? And why us? Why now? The G8 summit (someone suggested it was Paris in revenge for the olympics)? IRA? Al Qaida?
