I haven't actually done anything interesting this week except meet up with Ralph for a coffee on Monday. He is doing well and it's always a pleasure spending time with him. He remembers the old skool popstarz days. Aww.

I was rudely pleasantly awoken this morning by my landline ringing. It was Tim calling from Yosomite, California before he went to bed. It was great to wake up to that and it's made me more cheery than I have been all week but in some ways it does just remind me that he is very far away.
