Flowers in the Hospital

I got a call from the RNTNE Hospital as I was going out to lunch this afternoon. They had a cancellation and wanted to know if I could take it.

So my surgery is going to be a week Friday. My Dad is going to fly in the day before. Work has arranged cover. It's all set to go.

I'm apprehensive, as I had an awful time at the hands of RNTNE staff and malfunctioningn equipment (lucky for them there was no emergency as my call button was broken.)

I am looking forward to seeing my Dad and having two weeks off work.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have much cleaning to do!
