If I Were A Lesbian, I'd Marry Andreea

Andreea and I met for a coffee yesterday but we were somewhat unlucky with venues.

The first one we went to was Yauatcha but we would only be able to have the table for 45 minutes.

So we went to our usual favourite Patisserie Valerie on Old Compton Street but it was closed for refurbishment. It was shocking.

So we went to Bar Italia and sat outside but Andreea got cold so we decided to check out a patisserie in Greek street that Andreead had read about in Harpers&Queen. Well, the did not have Darjeeling or Assam tea, the man behind the counter was 70, French and uninterested and he took our order even though there was nowhere to actually sit in the seating area upstairs. It gave me a bad, bad vibe. So I insisted on leaving.

We returned to Bar Italia and sat inside. It was worth it though, the coffee in there is excellent.

Andreea and I had one of our great, girlie yet intelligent chats. We covered politics, world events, caught up, gossipped and discussed our boy problems (boys can be really silly, was our conclusion.) That's when we concluded that had we been lesbians we would get married.
